At Sundara Yoga Shala,

we believe yoga should be accessible to everyone.  We realize each of our students' bodies are very different, with different histories and traumas. 
Prior to the days of sheltering in place, we were a small neighborhood studio,  fortunate enough to have gotten to know our students on a personal level. They never felt lost in the crowd, and instead felt like they were practicing yoga in their friend's living room.
Now we're all practicing in our own homes, but the Sundara community continues to flourish.
Sundara's highly-trained instructors teach our students how to modify each yoga pose to accommodate the individual needs of the students' bodies.  Our approach is not one-size-fits-all, so our classes are always different, adapting to the varying needs of our students.  Because of our therapeutic and strength-building approach, we work very closely with many doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors, even while practicing social distancing.  Come join the Sundara family.  We'd love to help you on your path to wellness.
